Content Communtiy is OFCDesk's "app store" which clients can login to and download plugins for their existing software. For this project, I was the lead designer tasked with creating a more useable and engaging interface. I was able to simplify key actions a user needed to perform to accomplish important tasks, all while cleaning up and modernizing the interface.
Over time it became clear that we needed a way of keeping our coworkers and team leaders in both Brazil and the United States on the same page. OFCDesk had an existing intranet, but it lacked important project management features. I designed an interface that allows users to easily login and view pending tasks, projects, and communications from team members.
Currently OFCDesk's most visible online marketing initiative is OFCDesk.com. My first task as the lead designer at OFCDesk was to evaluate their current website and find ways to increase usability, update the aesthetics, and more accurately project the company's brand. Using jQuery, I was able to implement a number of features that have lead to an increase total page views, and a decrease in average time per page, and also integrated the site with our social media marketing efforts.
OFCDesk Crayon is a product marketed primarily in Brazil, but one that needed an additional online presence. Working with the Crayon team in Brazil, I designed and developed this micro-site to further emphasize the features of OFCDesk Crayon, and give the team a one-stop-destination for all things Crayon.
